These were the questions I had in mind when I made this series of Sunprints.

I experimented with a lot of my mum's recipes during lockdown and started to document herbs and spices used in Mauritian and Chagossian cooking. The smells even more than the tastes would trigger specific moments, feelings and memories.

This is the second collection from my series Suvenir Soley and the first one I am selling not as a fundraiser.

Each Sunprit is a limited and original edition of 1/1. This is because I use natural ingredients or food items to create them - the beauty of this process makes each Sunprint unique and leaves no space for copies or duplicates.
